Today our little Angel was Baptized.

We are blessed to have famiy and friends close by that could share in her special day. After the service we headed back to our home for a brunch. It is so wonderful to spend time with the ones you love. I only wish everyone could have stayed longer. But, I guess on this special day, also Valentines Day I couldn't hog all the love.

I also must add that I love crock pots. I baked the cupcakes and minicheese cakes the night before and just before bed I started the BBQ Beef Brisquet and Western Egg Casserole in the crock pots. And Voila, when we came home I only had to put out the last few things and we all ate. It was great!

It's a Girl thing

I have been asked several times How many shoes does Presley have?
Well I decided to count...almost 30. There are a few pairs not in her basket. Now you ask, why does she have so many? A girl NEEDS different shoes to match her outfits. And yes she does have 3 pairs of red shoes, they are each a different shade. Plus I only bought 1 of them. She has also outgrown a few pairs and has room to grow in others.

Now as for the pictures. She loves, loves, her shoes. She will always choose to play with a pair of shoes over her toys. And don't think she doesn't have tons of toys. Her usual routine is dump over her shoe bucket, grab a pair (usually the Uggs, thanks Aunt Ashley) then mosey on over to one of her toy baskets and look inside. Most days she will have a shoe in each hand while she crawls around. I must say it is quite funny. The way she plops them down as she is crawling reminds me of the way a dog would walk in shoes.

She's Famous

The new Bayfront Baby Place launched a few commercials and a campaign in International Mall. I had submitted a couple Pictures of Miss Presley and they put her picture in the commercial TWICE. As any proud Mamma would do, I took pictures of it playing in the mall. I personally think its fitting that it was outside Neiman Marcus :)

Hot Rod

We recently spent a weekend at Westgate River Ranch, which is the largest "dude ranch" in the U.S. We decided to check out the camp sites by the water when I came accross this golf cart. Isn't it the cutest thing EVER. There was also a cart that looked like an old Ford truck but the Hubbs didn't give me enough time to snap a picture.
